Without it, your heart could not have worked. All the time, these muscles work to pump blood to all over your body. Thankfully, this is all involuntary. If you have to consciously control your heart muscles, that would be a terrible burden, wouldn't it? Like the smooth muscle group, you don't strengthen the heart muscles directly. But you can always improve its efficiency by performing cardio or aerobic exercises.
