Brazilian born, Marina has been a professional artist since 1984, having studied Fashion Design and Art Academy / Florence Italy. Having lived in Rio de Janeiro, Stockholm, France Florence and London, her home is now a quiet Staffordshire village where she concentrates on her passion for painting. I studied Fashion Design in Italy (Florence), lived in Stockholm Sweden. Marina’s international experience as a fashion designer brings a diversity of creative thinking which becomes embodied in each of her creations. It is that diversity of experiences, cultures and fashions which fuse with the individual
character of each piece of fabric to inspire the design of the one-off garment which that fabric then becomes.
