Leading financial industry service with over 1800 branches nationwide, Marcello served at Citi Group-CitiFinancial. He managed day-to-day activities of sales with $22 million inventory and drive sales forward. He worked to develop more real estate and personal loans, which increased branch profit by 5% more in just 3 months.
Marcello ensured proper business development and oversaw loss prevention program. He launched sales bonus program in the second quarter 1996 that increased sales 18K a month (15%) compared to first quarter 1996, setting company- district sales improvement.

Marcello Pompa holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Massachusetts, Boston. Outside of his professional life, he pursues activities such as playing soccer, watching football, and going to the movies.

Currently, Marcello is serving as the President at M&M Cleaning, Inc.
