Shattered Empire, the next big update of Blade & Soul will go live on April 27th. The official team just released a new website to give players a preview of this upcoming update.

Whirlwind Valley

Experience a new 6v6 PvP mode in Whirlwind Valley. Whirlwind Valley is the first objective-based PvP game mode in Blade & Soul, and challenges each team to fight for and maintain control points. But enter at your own risk as—unlike the PvP Arena—this mode does not equalize player gear. Also you need make more Blade and Soul gold to prepare for the new content.

Mushin's Tower Floors 9–15

Are you prepared for the hardest solo content yet? The second section to Mushin's Tower is coming with floors 9 through 15. You can head directly to this new section of Mushin's Tower to steel yourself for the final battle with Naksun.

-Floor 9: Chochunka has been released from inside the Corruption Orb.
-Floor 10: Release Mifu from the curse of this tainted gauntlet.
-Floor 11: Pal Haemo, the Dokkaebi King, has a wager with the Sages that he can defeat you.
-Floor 12: With the help of Golden training dummies, protect the Essence of Empress Sama from Pytheon & his minions.
-Florr13: Your advanced trainning starts by calling up either Sekjin or Koujin from the Prize Wheel.
-Floor 14: Test your mettle against the Naryu Automaton creation Ironheart.
-Floor 15: The Nightmare of the East, Naksun, is already to train you to grand Master Level.

New Heroic Dungeons

Two new Heroic dungeons are on the way! Venture to a ruined palace in the frozen North of the Silverfrost Mountains to challenge Sogun's Lament, the most difficult group dungeon to date. And once again enter Blackram territory to face off against powerful enemies in the daily dungeon: Cold Storage.
