Life Sciences Trainers & Educators Network (LTEN) has designed a program for the training executives of the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, and Medical Device & Diagnostic industries to help them meet their career and professional development goals. The LTEN Total Trainer Certificate Series is targeted towards pharmaceutical sales training and medical device training professionals, who are new in the field and need fundamentals, or are seasoned trainers wanting to stay ahead of the curve, or current or aspiring leaders who are looking to develop leadership skills.

These series comprise of year-round certificate programs that training executives can plan out to enhance and expand upon their skills. The programs are placed in six categories, and they are called training essentials, online facilitation, advanced facilitation, project management, impact & measurement, and management & leadership. There are multiple certificate programs in each category with some specific programs for pharmaceutical sales training and medical device training target groups.

One of the popular programs called LTEN Transformative Leadership is designed for all life sciences educators into training, developing, coaching or in a leadership position. Eric Kauffman, a leading leadership development consultant with two decades of global experience, facilitates it, and the next course is scheduled on October 6-7 in Cambridge, MA.

Another highly acclaimed train-the-trainer course is LTEN Prime Time! For Trainers, It is offered as two separate courses – Core and Masters – and participants from both pharmaceutical sales training and medical device training fields have consistently given both classes A+ ratings. The next batch of the Core Course is scheduled on December 5-7, and the Master Course is on December 8-9 in Cambridge, MA. Brian Lange, the founder of Perim Consulting, who is a performance improvement consultant, trainer and speaker specializing in management development, organizational development and professional selling, facilitates this program. Besides these standard programs, LTEN also offers custom in-house train-the-trainer seminars.
