A healthy lifestyle means physical health and mental health both; the balance of both should be equal because mental stress affects health. In this Article we gonna share some tips for a healthy life style.

Exercise:-Do exercise regular it is most important for health it is big contributor in our healthy lifestyle. Exercise prevent our body from many disease we should add exercise in our daily routine exercise like Aerobics, Walking, Swimming ,Weights ,Yoga and other are good for anybody.

Eating:-We all eat food and different type of people eat different type of food some is good for health some not for living healthy we need to eat what is good for health add fruits in your diet, do breakfast daily don’t skip, do breakfast, lunch and dinner on time, your daily water intake should be at least 2 liters, avoid oily food and live a healthy life.

Mental Health:-As we know for a healthy lifestyle we need to balance our physical+mental health so for being mentally healthy Love yourself, love what you do what you have done, have a group of friends who gives you positive energy, have fun go for trip, get enough sleep, go for walk and stop taking any medicine for mental health.

Avoid Alcohol:-Quit alcohol it is a poison it kills your brain your decision making power it affect the area of your brain your life supporting system. If you are addicted of it talk to your doctor and recover. A alcohol free life is healthy life and the perfect healthy lifestyle

Avoid Tobacco use:-Stop smoking tobacco causes cancer it gives verity of cancer lung cancer, mouth cancer, lip cancer and many more. Tobacco cigarette is may be good for your style but it is not good for your lifestyle. When we talk about healthy lifestyle things like tobacco is not part of it they kill you. If you have addicted of it recover it soon.

invest in yourself If you want a healthy lifestyle invest in yourself eat good be fit exercise drink water as a morning routine do healthy breakfast don’t stress your mind enjoy your life think positive be positive ”your today’s action make your tomorrow even better” .
