Elibank Vernon, a broker and clearing company that provides a broad Commodity and Currency Trading facility to investors, traders and institutions, wishes to announce Denise E. Khiang, 45, has joined the firm as Senior Vice President, Human Resources. Khiang has spent the past 20 years building and re-engineering human resources departments and functions in various leading companies throughout Southeast Asia region.

Khiang has spent most of the past 10 years in the futures industry, most recently as Vice President, Human Resources for a global commodity broker responsible for the professional and leadership development, organizational effectiveness and succession planning of approximately 2,000 employees.
Before that, Khiang ran Human Resources as Vice President of a large investment bank. With over 3,200 employees on three continents, the division was the world’s largest provider of conferencing services.
Certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources, Khiang earned a Bachelor of Science Management degree from University of Hong Kong.
