Librado Wright Focuses On Quality Customer Interactions

As an experienced sales professional, Librado Wright understands that quality interaction with potential customers can make all of the difference when looking to close a sale.

 
Librado Wright started his journey through the field of sales at the age of 23, when he took a role selling chairs in New York soon after graduating from Temple University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications in 2004. Though initially a means to support himself as he chased his ambitions of becoming a sports journalist, Wright soon found that he had natural talent for the role and dedicated himself to sales full-time. He was quickly promoted to a team leadership position and worked in the industry for a number of years before moving back to his native Kingston, Jamaica to take the role of General Manager of DG Call Sales Solutions.

He learned early on in his career that the quality of the interactions you have with your customers is crucial if you want to enjoy a successful career in sales. Building trust and forming a relationship with the client, no matter how brief, can make all the difference when it comes time to close the deal and prompt the customer to make a decision regarding whether or not they are going to make a purchase.

It is this philosophy that he aims to instill in all of the new sales professionals that he works with in his role as a General Manager. Taking direct responsibility for the continued training of his team, Wright uses the benefit of his years of experience to help his fellow professionals develop so that they can be as productive as possible at all times and achieve the goals that DG Call Sales Solutions sets for them.

In doing so, Librado Wright makes sure that the customer is always the focal point of any sales strategy that he puts in place. He always tries to emphasize the benefits of any product that he sells and, more importantly, encourages his team to listen to the customer. In doing this, they are able to establish the needs of the client and adjust their sales pitch accordingly, which has resulted in the teams he leads achieving their targets on a regular basis and enjoying sustained success in the industry.
