A new educational site has recently opened to help K-8 educators everywhere. http://common-core-curriculum.net/ offers Math, ELA, and Science lessons that are made for interactive whiteboards, and eWorkbooks that can be used with projectors and also printed out for convenience. We also offer printed workbooks for schools with limited technology. When you visit the site you will learn more about what the common core national initiative is and how it effects classroom teaching.

http://common-core-curriculum.net/ also contains information regarding interactive curriculum that is designed to make teachers life a bit easier but still keeps them at the center of the teaching process but provides a supplement to their teaching. "These lessons are currently being used in over 15,000 classrooms around the country", says site owner Pete Nichols.

The Common Core Curriculum standards were created by groups of state governors and heads of education and they were also developed in consultation with teachers and parents from across the country making them realistic and practical for the classroom. The Common Core State Standards provide a consistent, clear understanding of what students are expected to learn, so teachers and parents know what they need to do to help them. We think the site will be very helpful to those educators that are looking for extra tools that will help them accomplish their objectives in the classroom.

Visitors at http://common-core-curriculum.net/ will also have access to K-8 math, science and ELA curriculum for schools that include single users, building licenses and district licensing. They will also be able to look at correlation documents to view what types of lessons are available. They will also be able to book live online presentations that will give them a more in depth look at how the lessons will be able to help them.

Common Core Curriculum has access to lessons that contain original graphics, flash-based animations and flash-based interactive activities. These have gone through an in-depth design process and were created by a large collection of curriculum writers, educators, graphic designers, programmers, etc. "These types high quality visuals, animations and interactive activities took years to create and their equal cannot be found in the free lessons on the Smart Exchange." says site owner Pete Nichols.
