Montgomery County, MD: Interested property investors and owners can anticipate June 12 as the local government’s scheduled tax sale. This public auction is a way to collect unpaid and delinquent taxes on certain properties by making their liens available for purchase.

Prospective bidders and purchasers must place their property tax lien bids between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM ET on the day of the auction. Those who bid on full groups will have priority over bidders seeking individual property tax liens.
