Paul Panaikas Used Qualitative and Quantitative Measures for Effective Execution of the Resilience

This press release is written to inform the readers that Paul Panaikas used qualitative and quantitative measures for effective execution of the Resilience Program.

 
Paul Panaikas is a highly acknowledged Resilience Coordinator who has been successfully fulfilling his responsibilities. He manages the allowance model to provide pay, per diem, and travel for all soldiers who attend MRT training. As the Subprogram Manager of Fiscal Budgetary Management for the Resilience program, he uses GFEBS and Legacy, so as to properly plan, implement, track, and validate funding needs. He takes actions to exceed the goals of the organization meeting NGB requirements, and uses quantitative as well as qualitative measures to evaluate and ensure successful implementation of the program through research.

Paul Panaikas is responsible for the persistence of Joint Operations procedure and protocol of time sensitive material. He gives support and guidance to soldiers and their families to overcome and react positively to any tragedy, and minimize risky behaviors and suicides.

About Paul Panaikas

Paul Panaikas has been offering exceptional services as Resilience Coordinator. Owing to his great dedication and loyalty towards his work, he has received many awards, including NCO of the year, Commandant’s List, and Army Physical Fitness Badge. He is a graduate, Bachelors in Business Management from Fisher College, and has also received his Associates in Science degree from the same college. Paul is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree from Liberty University. In addition to this, he has completed diplomacy in a number of subjects. These include Human Resources and Account Management from Army Education Center, and an X-Ray Specialist from the Academy of Health Sciences. As Paul always wanted to do something significant for his country helping others, he completed his Master Resilience Trainer diploma from U Penn/ Army Education Center in October 2010. Paul is an active member of many charitable organizations.
