Lakeville, MN, August 06, 2015 -- The Lakeville North Sports Booster Club announced today an athletics sponsorship between Life Wellness Center, Lakeville North Sports Booster Club, and Lakeville North Girls Soccer. Life Wellness Center will be recognized as an Official Platinum Sponsor of Lakeville North Sports Booster Club and the Official Provider of chiropractic care, physical therapy, and message therapy to Lakeville North Girls Soccer.

Life Wellness Center kicks-off their partnership as Lakeville North High School builds upon recent athletic success. Astoundingly since 2013, over 25 teams from Lakeville North have qualified for state tournaments. Lakeville North Girls Soccer has been a Final Four team in 4 consecutive seasons since 2011. According to the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine, female athletes who play basketball and soccer are two to eight times more likely to suffer an ACL injury compared with male athletes. The 8-week ACL Injury Prevention Program at Life Wellness Center is designed to identify and correct dynamic strength and neuromuscular imbalances that can lead to faulty movement patterns and increased injury risk.
