2. Liquid liner creates swooping, smooth and best look: -

3. For drawing dramatic lines try to use gel liner: -

Method 2: - applying liquid liner

1. Shake the liner: -

Shake the liquid liner for 5 seconds to ensure that liner is well-mixed by shaking the bottle and if you feel that that there is too much liner then swipe it from the edge.

You must start your liner from the middle as it is close as possible to eyelashes and apply to your upper lash line.
