The immigration authorities conducted an Express Entry draw on September 24th, in which the Canadian Government, issued invitations to 400 Federal Skilled Trades Class candidates. The minimum C.R.S. necessary for this draw was 284. Moreover, it used the Tie-break mechanism in this draw also, with the date/time of February 18, 2018, 12:31:16 UTC.
Thus, the F.S.T.C. candidates, who have a C.R.S. score of 284 as well as more, and who submitted a profile, prior to this date/time, got the invitation, for applying to the Canadian PR.

It had a minimum C.R.S. score requirement of 288. Moreover, Totally 500 applications for Canadian permanent residence were sought from the F.S.T.C. candidates, in that draw.
