«Creative environment», as a new format for human creativity and collaboration
of the 21st century was invented by Vladislav Krishtop. Summer of 2014,
Vladislav developed the concept of a unique online service with absolutely new
ideas and approaches to the disclosure of a potential creativity of every
individual. This significant event happened in the course of long discussions in a
meeting room inside of Belmont Public Library, Silicon Valley.
Understanding the idea «Creative environment»:

Creative - combines valuable human qualities such as creation, determination,
development, creativity, the ability to think, analyze, and generate new ideas and
solutions.

Environment - an unconstrained place of inartificial nature for unhindered
communication and creativity without any (corporate) restrictions, reflecting the human
need to work in a free and a comfortable place.

In determining the final name and its use in the world, a phrase analysis was
conducted "creative environment". Besides accidental references, by the sense
within the meaning unrelated to the idea, nothing as close was found. As a
result, a confident decision was made to particularly use this name, a new
generation of space, which applies not only to online life, but also in real life,
that characterized the philosophy of this created project.

The founder of this philosophy was Aristotle, who first investigated the problem
of happiness as a central category of ethics. Aristotle has defined happiness as
an "activity of the soul in the fullness of virtue" (Nicomachean Ethics), also he
expressed that "happiness is achieved through the realization of your potential."
For followers of this philosophy in XX century can consider psychologist
Abraham Maslow, among whose works are widely known by a theory of the
hierarchy of needs, or so called "Maslow's hierarchy of needs." According to this
theory, one of the highest levels of human needs is the "need for self-
actualization”: the realization of its objectives, the pursuit of maximum
disclosure of their abilities, inclinations, and self- development, which exactly
reflects the idea of a creative environment.

Sometimes certain situations occur in life, seemingly amazing coincidence, for
example, Abraham Maslow has lived and worked in Menlo Park- the city is
located just ten miles from Mountain View, where on October 31, 2014 at the
Computer History Museum a presentation took place of the first service of
creative environment, including the ideas of the philosophy known
as Konstruktor.

Currently, the idea of creative environment is moving around the world,
everyday bringing more and more people together fulfilling their thoughts and
goals in life, due to which everyone can get closer to the realization of his/her
cherished dream.
