Kirana Friends plans to help 10,000 Kirana store owners plan their 2024 sales better!

15 November 2023, Mumbai, India: The major part of the yearly festive season has recently come to an end with Diwali festivities and people are heading towards the new year. Once again, next year will bring new opportunities for businesses to grow, extend their customer base, and increase product/service sales. On average, festive days see a 1.5x to 2x increase in sales for a Kirana or Supermarket because of the increase in consumption of customers. These are also days customers are allured by modern retail stores by giving them offers and discounts which eventually leads to loss of customers and sales for Kirana stores.

To compete with modern retail players, it becomes important for small store owners to give lucrative offers to attract these customers for better sales. However, the small margins and supply challenges which the Kirana owners face giving right offers and discounts to customers without facing a loss is challenging for Kirana store owners.

Kirana Friends is planning a series of webinars to help Kirana store owners overcome this challenge. With its 2024 Sales Planning webinar they intend to guide Kirana owners select dates they should plan offers on, plan the right offers and discounts and execute the plan to increase their sales. Participants of this webinar will also get a Do-It-Yourself E-book which will help them do this and much more.

The first such webinar is scheduled at 2.30 pm on 22nd November 2023 and over 1,000 Kirana owners have already registered for it. The webinar will be taken by Kirana experts who have been helping Kirana owners improve their business since the last 3 years and have over 30 years of retail experience in India, and Middle East.
