Queensland Domestic Violence Victims are being Misled!

Victims of Domestic Violence are Outraged!

Qld Government, Courts, and Police are misleading genuine female and male Domestic Violence Victims by stating they have insufficient funding and resources to combat the growing number of Domestic Violence Complaints.

In a recent civil prosecution filed against Police Prosecutor Ms Merishia Wheatley pictured below as well as Legal officer for the Department of Public Prosecutions Ms Kimberly Elizabeth Thomas, it has come to light that International Recording Artist  TV Host / Actor and World Peace Ambassador Charles Dupois filed a civil action against both defendants of $750,000 on the 11th of March 2024 in the District Court claiming that both defendants committed numerous criminal offense’s.

Both defendants committed the following criminal offences:

1. Criminal Code 1899, Section 140 (1) Attempting to Pervert Justice.


2. Criminal Code 1899 - Section 7 (1) a, b, c, d- Principal offenders - Aiding and Abetting.

3. Criminal Code 1899 Section 133 (1) Compounding an Indictable Offence.


4. Criminal Code 1899 Section 2 (1) Ignorance of the Law Bona Fide Claim of Right.


5. Criminal Code 1899 Section 408C (1) D,
E, F and G- Fraud.


6. Criminal Code 1899 - Section 87 (1) A and B- Official Corruption.


7. Criminal Code 1899 Section 132 (1) Conspiring to Defeat Justice.

One of the most compelling factors it is alleged that Wheatley in collusion with a number of Magistrates are unlawfully
attempting to obtain a Domestic Violence Order against Dupois which is not Necessary or Desirable in favour of Dupois’s former De Facto Partner of 4 and a half years, a NSW Resident whom
Dupois left in January 2016 due to her infidelity involving numerous other men and her defrauding of over $100,000.00 in unreturned loans owing to Dupois and his family 10 years.
