An 32-year-old man from haathiya who was progressively losing hand due to a growing tumor on the hand has been operated successfully at KD Hospitals, Mathura, with not only the tumor removed from the hand but he is now capable to continue his work.
Doctors say for restoration of his hand is a special and rare achievement in such cases. As the man completely lost his Hand and even there was no movement in hand for more than two and a half month in right hand.
Shahabuddin from haathiya first takes the treatment from Haryana but he do not get any proper treatment. However, despite repeated consultations with the different doctors, the problem of tumor continued to increases.
As his condition continued to deteriorate, an X-Ray conducted at KD Hospitals, Mathura revealed the presence of a tumor and highlighted the need for surgical removal. Also one of their know to named Chhanga suggested to get the treatment from KD Hospitals, Mathura . In the meantime, Shahabuddin lost the movement of his left hand also and then he rushed to KD Hospitals, Mathura to consult Dr. Ashutosh Kumar Singh.
Shahabuddin reached the hospital on Feb 13, 2018 and gauging his serious and worsening health condition, the team of KD Hospitals, Mathura didn’t take any time for the registration, admitting him directly to ICU.
“Shahabuddin have a big tumor of 5.5 Kg at there Left hand. We cut the tumor during operation and also take cares that it do not harm to there hand and we did a successful operation” says AK Singh.
After a thorough examination, Dr. Ashutosh Kumar Singh and his team concluded that there was urgent need to surgically remove the tumor to prevent further harm to the patient.
However, not only was the tumor successfully removed following a surgery lasting 4 hours in an extremely pleasant result also recovered his hand.
Having gone through a very difficult time in their lives, Shahabuddin and his family are much relieved and grateful for the saved life.
