A lecturer is someone who stands up in front of a class and gives an organized talk designed to teach you something, but on 11th March 2016, the lecturers from ASM stood in front of their fellow lecturers and the judges to acquaint them with their case studies. The 4th edition of Evolve, a case study competition designed for Lecturers was organised by the ASM group of Institutes in Pune. ASM secretary Dr. Asha Pachpande & Chairman Dr. Sandeep Pachpande inaugurated the event by lighting the ceremonial lamp. This year’s Evolve saw as many as 12 cases on various specializations like HR, Finance, Operations and IT including a Skype presentation on Marketing from Mexico. Evolve 2016 made the lecturers nostalgic as they recalled their college days where they used to present their case studies in front of lecturers. All the lecturers gave a praiseworthy presentation but the competition was won by Prof. Swapnisha Khambyat and Swati Yole by presenting case in HR on the topic “Killing Softly”. Prof. S.B.Mathur, Dr. Goyal and Prof. Prakash Tiwari came second followed by Prof. Dr. Neeta Kuche & Prof. Swati Jadhav.
