The facility is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, inspection/quality control devices & tooling including a well equipped metrology lab, MPI, a full range of API work gauges, Cast Steel thread protectors with lifting bails, selected range of master gauges, pressure testing, vacuum testing and calibration devices, a comprehensive range of Sucker Rod Pump tooling from Gearench/Petol USA, CNC turning centers, VMCs, Turn Mills, fully automatic pipe cutting machine etc. Control Line Cable Protectors The extensive range of these equipment & tooling coupled with highly skilled work force enables Penguin to deliver end-to-end solutions relating to its spectrum of business expertise.
Our extensive machining capabilities consist of precision turned parts with complex shapes, ranging from tiny parts to large components for critical applications, servicing global oil & gas customers and a range of OEMs.
Penguin also manufactures high quality casing & tubing accessories, down hole tools, drill stem components, cast steel lifting bails, ESP By-pass system components, Electric Feed Thru system components, Cross coupling cable protectors for ESP Systems, critical mud motor and MWD components for high torque, high pressure and high temperature directional drilling applications.
