The passenger can place their order using just their PNR number or their journey details. Once the details are submitted the website itself populates the passenger’s train route and the stations in that route where YatraChef can serve them. All the passenger needs to do is to choose the station, Check the menu and place their order. Alternatively they can make use of the multi lingual call centre available to assist them and the ordered food reaches the passengers at their selected halt.
