Most of the people wonder how they can have a perfectly toned body, how can they stay fit and healthy? Well, we have some useful tips for you which helps you to get a toned, trim body in record time. We are not suggesting you to go to any gym or hire a personal trainer rather we are telling you some activities which you can perform all by yourself at home.

Do a 10 minutes cardio or sculpt session. Hop on while holding a three to five pounds of dumbbell in each hand. Do a one minute set of each biceps curls, triceps extension, shoulder presses, side laterals, front laterals and standing kickbacks one after the other as you walk. The upper body exercise gets your heart pumping. Do this at least thrice a week and within 2 months you will see the results. Well theseare the most basic exercise and if you are ready do something more, here are some workout tips.

Do a side step squat with wood chop to strengthen your torso, abs, back, legs, inner thighs and ass. Take jump rope challenge, jump rope double turn manoeuvre. This is one of the best cardio workout. To improve your cardiovascular stamina and leg strength add plyometric jumps to your workout plan.

Well, these are the workout tips which you can follow but most of all you need to stay motivated. For this you can have a fitness report card where you can jot down your daily workout activities.
