This time, Harry Coumnas decided to stay in the water for 30 minutes without breathing. For this, he practiced for almost 6 months and learnt how to hold the breath continually for 30 minutes. Lots of people were waiting for him to perform this task, especially his students who have been learning Yoga from him since many years. On the day of the event, Harry stood still on the stage, took a deep breath, and entered into a big tub of water kept there. He sat in the tub and remained still for 30 minutes. After passing 30 minutes, he came out of the tub and took a deep breath again. People clapped enthusiastically after seeing his brave venture.
Harry received 2000 dollars and a silver medal from the government of the US for his exceptional record.
