Mummies have fascinated us for centuries. Most people know about the idea of a mummy's curse today through horror films and stories. Imagine a person who talks to them. Harry Coumnas is a person who likes to talks to these mummies. After hearing many rumors about spirits seemed to let people know they were there by knocking and tapping. So, Harry decided to finally start doing something mysterious and unusual. And then, when he started collecting mummies and started talking to them.

What exactly is a mummy? It is a preserved dead body which has maintained some of its soft tissue. It may still have some skin or muscle tissue or organs which can be further studied to learn about a person once was. However, Harry Coumnas believes that the idea came from the Victorians, who were more interested in supernatural powers than the Egyptians. Egyptians considered deaths was a step on the way to the next life and making the dead people into mummies helped them on this journey.

Harry Coumnas has been living in a Egypt from several years doing research over mummies and likes to have a long conversations with them. He develop, unaided, when a body is buried or left in extremely cold or very hot, arid conditions. 'Mummification' took about 70 days. All the organs inside the body were taken out and kept in jars to protect them. The body washed with a pam wine and mositure was removed by using special sort of salt. Since childhood, Harry Coumnas was very interested in strange things and happenings. He wanted to have museums and collectors all over the world, and wants Egyptian mummies.
