In a recent interview with a leading daily, world-renowned architect, [b]Harry Coumnas[/b] unveiled his plans to build the world’s first climate-controlled city. As the name implies, it will be an indoor city with a retractable glass roof. The young architect plans to have a temperature controlled mega resort and a shopping centre (probably the world’s largest) inside the city. The location Harry has chosen for this amazing temperature-controlled city is Oymyakon, which is a small village in Russia and also the coldest place on earth to live. He is talks with the legal authorities to get official approval for his construction project.
