When we purchase a property we need to keep it maintain but it’s difficult to manage all things together like business or job, family, personal works along with managing rental property.

 
It’s difficult to find such but not impossible, you just have to do your own research work before hiring a property management company. During interviewing them you must ask questions like:
What type of property they manage it’s important to know what type of property they manage as there are many companies that only manage commercial or industrial property and some only manage residential property. And if they manage that type of property which you are having then you must how long they have been in this field and how properties they have had handled.
How they would advertise your property it is another important to know as they must advertise your property at such place where the chances of finding tenant is higher like college or offices etc.
How they show the property the procedure of showing property is very much important if they show your property to the tenants on weekdays at 9 am to 6 pm only then you will miss to hire good quality tenants with a regular job.
How they screen the tenants screening tenant is very much important so that there would be no chance of hiring bad tenants for your rental property. Make sure that they properly do background check, credit history, previous eviction or landlord’s reference etc.
How they control the maintenance charge Many property management companies have contact and link with repairmen who fixed repair issues in genuine rates so make sure they do regular maintenance using the best repairmen at lower costs.
Their fee structure This one is the very important question and you must know about their fee structure as you have to pay them for their services so you must know whether you can afford them or not and can compare it with the other companies also.
These are the questions which you must ask to the property management company before hiring them as you are going to pay them and handover your property for keeping it maintained and managed in good way and if you find such things according to your requirements in the company then you can hire the company as they will make the investment property a proper and good source of income.
