With a Master's degree in Psychoanalysis’s, Julie Le France is an expert when it comes to both theory and practice. Psychoanalysis places a heavy importance on both clinical studies as well as good research. When undergoing her training, Le Franc underwent years of personal analysis and carried out clinical supervision.

Le Franc is a Member of the Australian Psychological Society, as well as being registered with the Psychology Board of Australia. When working, she uses a medical model and has gained knowledge due to her attendance at various neuroscience conferences. Even now, Le Franc aims to continually update her skills which includes going to professional development meetings and more.

In her approach, Le Franc likes to use multiple disciplines in order to carry out studies, analysis and interventions. One such discipline includes NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming). With NLP, a close examination of communication, thinking and behaviour is carried out.

Le Franc believes that it can be helpful to look at the interplay that happens between the environment and a person's mind.
