One of their first- of -its -kind luxury project M3M Woodshire, comprises 18 mid-rise towers spread across approx 19 acres in sector 107 of Gurgaon along Dwarka Expressway, almost adjoining Delhi border.

The Project’s construction began in the second quarter of 2013 and work is well underway with nearly 60 percent of the work being completed. Advanced development works like air conditioning and elevator contracts have been finalized and work has started.

The possession of these apartments will be offered to the owners by Dec 2015. At present, M3M have already sold about 70 percent of the flats in M3M Woodshire. This is a very important move for M3M.
