Taking swift action to prevent the delay of preparation for testing and examination amidst COVID-19 concerns, New York-based education expert offers online support.

Sayville, New York; 25-6-2020: Police officers across the state of New York have been deployed to ensure law enforcement in the wake of the COVID-19 crisis. Although they are the key players in maintaining order and conduct across cities in regular circumstances, their role is emphasized several-fold at present.
For those aspiring to join the forces, there is more than physical training and evaluation to land the job. There is extensive study, preparation, examinations, and tests to clear before moving on to that stage.
Tutoring centers such as Civil Service Success (CSS) help students looking for additional support and preparation through their comprehensive training and education models, as well as four decades of experience in the industry.
For individuals looking to attain necessary qualifications to become police officers in Suffolk County, CSS has begun to offer online classes that allow students to access important training sessions, seminars, evaluations, and material from the safety of their homes.
This allows them to stay on track in case of future vacancies and to keep their momentum for studying and preparation. The academy offers a comprehensive three-session preparatory course that allows students to register for different time slots.
An instructor who's worked with the academy for over two decades shared their experience of offering online sessions, “Our police force needs young, able officers with the right training, judgment, and empathy, all skills that are crucial to their job. We work day in and day out to ensure that our students walk out, not with more confidence but an understanding of their future roles. This is why we saw to it that classes were offered online, even though it was a learning curve for us too. Hopefully, we will continue to see success as we have in the past.”
The requirements to become a Suffolk County Police Officer include a High School Diploma or GED, but college credits are not necessary. The age limit to take the exam requires that individuals must be 19 years or above, and must not have reached their 35th birthday. Appointments and active duty begin at the age of 21, even if the exam is cleared sooner.
