Cynthia Spalding attended Chaffey College and later in 1993, obtained her Juris Doctorate from the Western University College. Being an attorney was a second career choice for her when she gained interest in law and decided to pursue a law degree, after she worked as a workers compensationspecialist for the state of California. She attended the law school and passed the bar exam in the first attempt. She is professionally associated with the State Bar of California, American Bankruptcy Institute, and the California Applicant Attorney Association.In addition to this, she admitted to practice Law, Bankruptcy and Social Security in State and Federal courts. Moreover, she is a reading enthusiast and loves her dogs. She likes to spend quality time with her siblings.
