What finish does the frame have?
Once the piece of furniture frame is welded, the whole tubular frame is powder coated in a tough durable finish. It is colour matched to the colour of the rattan wicker. Thus the frame is now fully protected against corroding. The frame becomes all but invisible once it has been woven over with the rattan weave.. Due to the fact it is woven one can see though the little gaps in the weaving, this is why in the case of good quality rattan furniture the colour of the frame is matched to that of the colour tone of the fibre. Its important that the frame it is not noticeable through the weaving thus it is pleasing on the eye.
