Joe Anthony Correia works at Correias Dairy, his family dairy business in Escalon. Started by his grandfather Jose Correia with just one cow, the dairy is now well-established. On a day to day basis, Joe spends a lot of time on the dairy helping his grandfather, father, and brother in the work.

Other than dairy, it is sports that Joe Anthony Correia has always been passionate about. He has played many sports as a youngster such as soccer and baseball. As he grew up, he started to participate in four-wheel-drive races where he was awarded first and second place trophies. He still makes time to enjoy his favorite sports, whenever possible. He is a huge fan of the Oregon ducks and Kansas City Chiefs (football teams). He also likes to spend a lot of time on the sand dunes of Pismo Beach.

Joe Anthony Correia is a dairy professional who works at Correias Dairy, his family dairy business based in Escalon. The dairy was started by his grandfather, Jose Correia many years ago with just one cow. With the combined efforts of all the family members, the dairy has managed to maintain itself for a long time. Joe takes great pride in his profession and the in-depth understanding of his work. Besides the environment he was raised in, it was his education that helped him develop better understanding of ‘Dairy’. While pursuing his studies at Modesto junior college, dairy science was one of his main subjects. Besides working at his family dairy, there are many other things that give him pleasure, such as sports, spending time on the sand dunes of Pismo Beach, etc.
