Written over 2000 years ago, the tales from the Panchatantra hold relevance to date. Originally written in Sanskrit and based on ancient traditions, the fables have been translated into several languages.

Each of the stories written in the book holds morals and teachings which individuals can apply to enhance their management skills and workplace.
One of the most notable and influential contributions to the world of literature, Panchatantra is a collection of inter-woven fables that have a wealth of wisdom hidden in its stories and has a lot to offer students pursuing management. It is fascinating to learn as to how simple stories, written centuries ago, deliver the most complex and relevant messages covering all aspects of management.
The students and faculty at Jain (Deemed-to-be University) got an opportunity to delve into the rich Indian literary heritage that is brimming with various concepts of management, decision-making techniques, planning, and a lot more in a webinar lecture series hosted by Dr. Srinidhi K.
