Train Like a Fighter for optimum Weight Loss Workouts

With the new birth of your UFC comes new demand for everything associated with Mixed Martial Arts. Increasing numbers of people are starting to turn to incorporating the training programs of their favorite fighters into their programs.

And why not? Even if you have no intention of stepping into the octagon, education like a fighter is the best way to get a low fat, athletic body. Mma fighter workouts are incredibly fun, and are also a great way to develop functional strength.

Almost every fighter you see has six pack abs. That's and the cool thing! They're able to get their abs without doing tons of situps or crunches. What they do is high intensity workouts coupled with abdominal movements that focus on making their core stronger.

If you want to focus more on getting your Fighter Abs Free PDF, then I recommend performing a high intensity cardio interval followed by an ab interval. Here's a sample:

Jump Roping, 15 seconds

Jump Roping

Jump roping is a great way of doing cardio that's also very fun.

I strongly urge you to learn how to do jump roping tricks such as cross overs and double unders. Cross overs are when you jump and cross your arms in front of your body. Double unders are when you do 2 quick rope pass throughs with each jump.

I was inspired to include jump roping into my workouts when I saw the Rocky movies. Just watching him work that jump rope is inspiring. I've also incorporated boxing moves into my interval workouts.
