This course is designed to equip workers, especially those working in high-risk sites, with the requisite knowledge to perform their Work-At-Height activities safely and properly.

[b]Course That Promotes Safety in Worksites[/b]

Those who enrol for the Work-At-Height Course will learn how to identify relevant Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations, Approved Code of Practice and Singapore Standards applicable to Work-At-Height roles and responsibilities. Students will also learn to identify hazards in such a high-risk environment, and apply preventive measures with the use of various fall arrest systems and equipment.

This is a 7.5-hour course for those medically fit (no visual and hearing impairment) and those that are not afraid of heights. The course also includes 1.5 hours of practical and theory assessments, and the mediums of instruction are English, Mandarin and Tamil.

Galmon conducts the Work-at-Height Course a two-storey, 6,700 sqm building in Tuas. It includes outdoor and indoor training grounds and a number of air-conditioned classrooms, which is perfect for learning.
