With the kitten wellness plan, fur parents choose to start their kittens on the journey toward optimal health. The plan includes four visits at $89 per visit, as well as all needed vaccinations and doctor-recommended deworming medications. For an additional cost, monthly parasite and flea prevention can be included.

For the first visit, recommended for six-to-nine-week old kittens, the vet will conduct a complete physical exam, along with a fecal exam to check for intestinal worms, the feline distemper vaccine, deworming medication and take-home literature on kitten health.

Three weeks after the first visit, there will be another complete health exam, a distemper vaccine, leukemia test, fecal exam and deworming medication. Three weeks later during the third visit, the doctor will complete another complete physical, the distemper vaccine, fecal exam and feline leukemia vaccine.

When the kitten is 16 weeks or older, the fourth visit will be held with a complete physical exam. The kitten will also receive a rabies vaccine, which includes the Cook County tag fee, the feline leukemia vaccine, a fecal exam and deworming medication.
