November 26-December 3, 2019, San Rafael based Humankind Alliance will inspire generosity by raising funds for their first ever Women’s Leadership Scholarship program directly through donations via Facebook with a drive and focus on transforming lives this GivingTuesday.

Humankind Alliance is a unique organization that provides free leadership and personal development training for women and free training for law enforcement and the communities they serve. It’s one organization, two initiatives. During GivingTuesday, the organization will focus efforts on women in order to host their first women’s scholarship program, Operation—Beyond the Trenches, in the Spring of 2020. These all-inclusive 4-day programs are offered to 20 participants to ensure individualized training focused on each woman’s specific goals.

GivingTuesday is a global generosity movement, unleashing the power of people and organizations to transform their communities and their world. GivingTuesday will kick off the generosity season this year by inspiring people to give back on December 3rd, and throughout the year.

Humankind Alliance’s scholarship program, Operation–Beyond the Trenches, directly supports women across the country who provide the most important services to our communities by way of their chosen careers; nurses, teachers, caregivers, military, and law enforcement. This one-of-a-kind, experiential personal development and leadership scholarship program was developed to serve this vital group of women in communities nationwide.

With a total GivingTuesday donation goal of $40,000, the organization will be able to award 4 more scholarships, empowering women in fields of service to reach new heights of leadership—tackling challenges like never before, having the opportunity to explore and gain confidence in themselves and emerging transformed, galvanized and unstoppable.
