Randall Shelton is a Higher Education Auxiliary Services Administrator with expertise in areas, including Facilities management, landscape, grounds, custodial; Food service operation and design; Conference Center – Campus Events; Large scale construction management; Student Housing; Franchise, branded, and retail concepts; Information technology administration; Multi-unit management and new unit start-ups; and Fitness Center Administration.

Randall Shelton has served prestigious positions at some of the leading Universities and colleges in the US. He is the former Assistant Vice President of Auxiliary Operations at Kennesaw State University, Kennesaw, Georgia. With his extensive experience in auxiliary administration, he successfully accomplished many big projects, which led to increased revenue and reduced costs. Some of these accomplishments include re-organizing the parking and transportation system; redeveloping bookstore operations; and adding text book rentals, online course materials, as well as several online coop textbook programs to. He also led the transition of the entire campus to Blackboard and Blackboard Transact systems.

Randall Shelton previously served as Director of Auxiliary Services for Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. He worked there for three years (May, 2009 – August, 2012) and was responsible for all auxiliary operations at a state regional institution, with 3 campuses and a student population of 10,000. Prior to this, he served as the Director of Housing and Food Services for Ohio University in Athens, Ohio; and Director of Dining Services for both Georgetown College in Georgetown, Kentucky, and Wichita State University in Wichita, Kansas. He started his career in 1981 with Oklahoma State University, Stillwater as a Senior Food Service Coordinator.
