Randall Shelton is a seasoned administrative professional with many years of experience in handling auxiliary operations. He has worked for some of the top Universities in the country, including Kennesaw State University, Northeastern State University, and Ohio University. He has also worked as a consultant and management professional to the retail and foodservice business sectors. He developed a successful company opening 45 retail franchised foodservice business units in just three years. During this time-period, he served many high-end clients like Kroger, Albertsons, Whole Foods, Supervalue, and select independent retailers.
Randall Shelton started his professional journey in the 1980s as a senior food service coordinator, purchasing specialist, and manager of food services with Oklahoma State University in Stillwater. Subsequently, he directed housing and/or food services for Wichita State University in Wichita, Kansas; Georgetown College in Georgetown, Kentucky; & Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. One of his major accomplishments at Ohio University include developing a long-term master plan that led to the complete renovation of four residence halls and three dining areas. In six years of time, he increased the department’s overall revenue from $38 million to $52 million.
