It is a 415 m2 double-storey house with five bedrooms, three baths, and a two-car garage.

Two other double-storey designs go together with the Mirage: the Sorrento and the Palazzo. The Sorrento is a 363 m2 home that features four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The top floor is an area dedicated to long sleep ins , thanks to its family room and balcony. On the ground floor, Sorrento houses a spacious kitchen and dining area, a rumpus room, and a separate living room and study.

The Palazzo, on the other hand, spans 321 m2 and has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a toilet and washroom. The design maximises space with a large alfresco area on the ground floor and sports a family room, study, and retreat on the second floor.
