Intex Technologies, one of the leading consumer electronics majors, scaled up its retail presence in Central India with the opening of its 12th SmartWorld store in Madhya Pradesh at Jabalpur today, making it the 120th store in the country. The store opened is 3rd in the cultural capital of the state.

Madhya Pradesh already has 11 Smart World stores with 2 each in Indore & Jabalpur and one each in Gwalior, Rewa, Katni, Satna, Chhatarpur, Singrauli & Dhar City.

Since inception, the pace of opening SmartWorld stores has been one in every 5 days. The 487 sq. ft. Intex Smart World store was inaugurated by Mr. Vishal Malik, DGM, Retail, Intex in the presence of senior officials from the company. The first SmartWorld store in Madhya Pradesh was opened in Indore in August 2015.
