Connections Between Dysfunctional Families and Family Ties
S1 E1
These turbulent family relationships can have long-lasting effects on your health and well-being. Streaming beginning April 8,2024. You might:

**Begin to blame yourself for these poor relationships.
**Experience fear and anxiety surrounding family or holiday events.
**Hesitate to reach out to other family members.
**Suffer from lack of emotional or financial support during hard times.
**Develop trouble sleeping or focusing due to the stress of these interactions.

We will highlight the blame yourself "game" that non healthy family members chime in and create (now that's more dysfunction than thoughts you may already experience).

About WHFF.tv
of With Healthy Families First Broadcast & Media WHFF.TV is to promote the well-being of minority children and families: primarily because of American ancestral slavery; notwithstanding all minority children. We do this by a) making accessible historical events in digital formats of the experience and tyranny or systemic abuse where African American children and families are concerned within the courts judicial system. Moreover, a focus on film, indie, documentaries and our involvement with this nation's child and family-serving systems. Ultimately our aim is generational ongoing communication between parent and child and to ensure healing approaches in parent-child relations and optimal development of our children and families.
