The earlier one they rented could not accommodate more than 140 employees, whereas the newer one can easily accommodate 225 people to the peak, in a 23,000 sq ft office area, costing 0.5 million in its rehabilitation.

The previous office had nothing new and was similar to every other office – employees sitting on their own desks, floor segregated in departments, seniors separated from executives and limited to little quality interactions. The ABW office sets everyone on the floor free, letting them intermingle to work in a collaborated manner. The office has various technologies to manage the smooth flow of both mobile functioning. Visitors need to enter their details, including their contact number, and photos clicked when waiting for meeting an executive at the reception counter.
