HLH prototype was established in the year 2008 by Mr. Vader Yu the current CEO, James Murphy from England, and Jason Ke, who are all veterans in the prototyping and rapid manufacturing fields.

Shenzhen, China- March 5, 2019- HLH Prototypes is an acclaimed Chinese prototyping and prototooling company that has been actively operating for more than eleven years since its inception. The company provides prototypes and parts to a wide range of industries including automotive, communication, aerospace, consumer products and medicine to mention a few. The company hand-picks the best industrial engineers for their talent to provide unmatched engineering of materials to desired prototypes or parts. HLH Prototypes incorporates the use of various machines and technique to achieve its goals including rapid injection molding, sheet metal works, vacuum casting 3D printing, CNC milling or machining among others.
“HLH Prototype has over the years experienced unprecedented growth with increased demands of our injection molding services locally in China as well as internationally," stated the assistant General Manager, Yilia Gong, in a recent interview. “This demand has seen HLH Prototype as a company to be retained by over three thousands companies worldwide spread across over fifty nations who extremely believe in our molding services.”
Injection molding involves manufacturing of parts by taking the intended product material and heating the same to a molten state the subsequently enclosing it in a die or mold the placed before a pressing machine. Injection molding is ideal for manufacturing products with complicated shapes that are otherwise not suitable for other methods of prototyping. HLH Prototypes utilizes CNC milling to make mold thus making their injection mold manufacturing faster.
“Another prototyping technique that our industrial engineers at HLH Prototypes utilize in prototyping and tooling is CNC machining or milling,” added the assistant general manager. “CNC machining is the using of a computer-aided machine (computer numerical control) to chip away and cut materials into desired shapes for use as parts. HLH Prototypes CNC prototyping service requires low labor and is therefore very fast and inexpensive.”
HLH Prototypes has a 15,000 sq./m production facility that is ISO certified and in one of its six manufacturing division dealing with CNC machining has set up more than fifty CNC machines. These large numbers of CNC machine available within one roof make them make parts faster minimum lead time. The company works with several materials but mostly plastics, metals, and aluminum to make parts. HLH Prototypes ships products to the client preferred port for pickup within specified and agreed on timelines and have a great customer support system to ensure they are reliable.
