Over the weekend in DarkFall I purchased a large amount of iron ingots and q1 hearts to finally get my bloodcrafting skill to 60+, allowing me to make bloodcrafted plate chests and helms. Now beyond just the skill requirements plus the usual materials was required to buy Darkfall Gold and craft a plate helm, you also need three hag heart and a couple beastman teeth.
Getting the beastman teeth is a touch harder. Nevertheless there is a terrific double-spawn of beastman just south of Jeradan (ally hamlet), they may be far trickier to consider down versus the hags solo. The actual concern is that with my current character in decent gear, I could soften them up with magic and then finish one-time with melee, but this usually leaves me below 50% HP if things go well, and at times near 10% whenever they don’t. The beastmen are dangerous because practically they hit rather hard in melee, but they in addition have use of some powerful magic that, whenever they choose to spam you with it, can spike damages quickly.
Now it’s not too dying is catastrophic, as usually it really means another short trip from Jeradan returning to a tombstone, but it does cut into farming efficiency, and lastly you can the possibility that either someone catches you while farming, or simply occurs to come across your tombstone while you are running back.
The like Monday I went during this spot solo for a few hours and everything went well. I collected a decent amount of teeth, got some gold, got skill-ups, nothing but good. And that got me planning on earn money take the of time in-game; like things i do and why. This is a quick breakdown with the gains from those hours of Darkflal Gold Farming and whatever really gained from doing the work. I’m in existence for that teeth, that we need to make the bloodcrafted helms, which supply a nice 8-9hp boost over the normal plate helm. Now the helm commences with about 50 durability at my current amount of wisdom and trueforge armor, and that is so good. The helms has decided to be enchanted that has a q3-4 feather enchantment that reduces encumbrance, then (hopefully) used in PvE until they may be at about 10 durability, at which point I am going to transition them into PvP bags. It’s highly probable which the PvP bag, with the helm included, will probably be lost inside first 2-3 PvP engagements it’s involved with. Itrrrs likely very high the 8-9hp gained on the bloodcrafting aren't going to be the visible difference between victory and defeat.
To buy Darkfall Gold and put it differently, I was out happily farming mobs primarily for the purpose will, at the best, deliver a slight edge up PvP sometime, while giving me a non-essential PvE boost before that. A bunch of ‘work’ for any very minor gain: that’s this can be the MMO formula simply speaking.
