Thus I have put on muscle as well, yet regardless I have a fat paunch. Don't worry about it.
Presently my eating routine is settled and I am expending the same calories and dinners ordinary. I am as yet building muscle and putting on fat so am clearly still in a caloric overflow. My inquiry is, whether I simply kept up the same eating routine and activity regimen for like a year would my surplus calories turn into my upkeep calories and afterward turn into a calorie shortage?
What's more, assuming this is the case, then when I achieve the shortage stage, I will start to lose fat whilst holding muscle? Would that work? Why not?
Would it even be feasible for my calorie admission to step by step turn into a shortfall or might it be able to just ever go as low as an upkeep level, all else being equivalent?
