Ken Kremsky served as the Controller at Kraft Foods Group, from the year 2005 till 2012. Here he managed all accounting activities for the facility, including preparation of the annual operating budget, ensuring Sarbanes Oxley Compliance and handling both internal and external audits. He was also responsible for managing all aspects of the Accounting department including Accounts Payable, Payroll, Inventory, supply chain and Production. Kenneth led productivity generation and process improvements to achieve plant productivity targets for five consecutive years.

Ken Kremsky as the Finance Lead, he provided financial analysis for the Kraft Austerity team with the goal of reducing raw and packaging material losses by 5%, and reducing fixed expenses by 15. He has developed a daily management review process generating reports for reviewing the prior day’s results regarding variances. Kenneth holds an extensive training in Lean Six Sigma costing and financial analysis. He helped Kraft in a way that the company ended up saving $700k in the two years that he had taken to be of service to them. Kraft had incurred many losses in terms of raw materials and packaging. This would not have come into the view of the company had it not been for Ken. He not only helped in saving costs there but also in other areas where there were unaccounted for expenses.

Ken is having more than 22 years of experience in corporate and field manufacturing. He is focused on helping organizations to reduce their costs and improve productivity. Kenneth helps manufacturing companies produce their products at the lowest possible cost, by reviewing the existing platform and developing strategies that will enable them to realize its core product growth potential and ultimately increase margins. Due to constant process improvements and other streamlining initiatives, he managed in cost reductions totaling $75mm annually.

Currently, Ken Kremsky is working as a consultant for a private equity firm in Pennsylvania. Here, he implements the new ERP accounting software and facilitates A2R process for the acquisition of the company. Regarding his education credentials, Kenneth Kremsky pursued in Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University. Thereafter, he completed his Master of Business Administration in Finance from LaSalle University.
