As the Senior Manager of Finance and Strategic Projects at Mondelez International, Ken Kremsky serves as the Finance lead for the Supply Chain Reinvention team projects focusing on the financial rationale, project optimization, and Capex spend. He works on process improvements and streamlining initiatives for all the facilities in North America. He has developed multiple IRR analytic tools which became the model for all in-house projects.

Being experienced as a cost accounting manager, Ken is highly experienced at the financial work. He dealt with all accounting faculty and kept up all accounting and money related announcing frameworks. He grew direct work guidelines which brought about manning decreases and cost investment funds of $400k every year.

Holding more than 22 years of experience in corporate and field manufacturing, Ken Kremsky helps the organizations to reduce their costs and improve productivity. About Ken Kremsky

Ken Kremsky started his career as an assistant controller at Interstate Brands Corporation from 1996-1999. In 1999, he started serving as manager of cost accounting at Kraft Nabisco Inc where he worked until 2005. Later he started working as controller at Kraft Food Inc in 2005. From 2012, Ken worked as a Senior Manager of Finance and Strategic Projects at Mondelez International. Here, he worked until 2017. Currently he is working at consultant for a private equity firm.
