It is equally important to distribute work and use your resources well, than just looking out for profitability. It turns imminent to convince your subordinates for the importance of the task, and the way you want to see the end result.

Ken Kremsky has to look for options where the discarded 10 people can be utilized. He has to look for options where the productivity is achieved without the need to dishearten his workers. At the end of the day, human resources is all about humans. They have to be convinced for the needs of the task and the need to eradicate the abundance from it.
