A Stylist for Stylists

As professional stylists and educators, the salon’s team developed an “efficient and lucrative way to approach hairstyling.” They take pride in bringing decades of knowledge to their students.

Elle.B Academy workshops include education on the following: Fusion, Ultra Fusion, Balayage, Micro-link, Beaded-weave, and Tape-in extensions.

The salon’s academy does not believe in brand-based training, which drives it to close the gap between advanced education and modern hairstylists. Considering stylists as solution makers, it does not restrict students by using only one brand or method during training. Instead, Elle.B Academy educates with multiple methods tailored to address different clients.

Experienced Trainers

Elle.Bowner and founder Lindsay Guzman Binkley heads the training program for aspiring stylists. Together with Heather Shea, a master colorist, they combined each other’s strengths to develop a curriculum that addresses all styling concerns. After seeing the success of their workshops on their own staff, the trainers opened the opportunity to others as a contribution to the industry.

“We want to inspire stylists to find a better way by combining our knowledge with comprehensive hands on learning— all at a fraction of the cost,” the stylists say of their training program.
